Code of Ethics

1. We, as proud Sungwoo members, respect the company's reputation.
2. We understand and observe the company's policies, regulations, and task rules.
3. We conduct our tasks fairly based on trust and earnestness.
4. We do not take any financial profit that undermines the fairness of our work.
5. We do not do anything illegal by using our superior position.
6. We value the information of the company and our customers and never leak any information by any mean.
7. We always listen to customers' opinion, and keep our promises with them.
8. We take initiatives to make the company competitive.
9. We constantly work hard for the development of ourselves and the company.

Guidelines of Ethics

1. Live only on your salary. Do not get addicted to fancy restaurants and bars. Limit your living standard to your salary.
2. If you think you cannot live only on your salary, quit the job and start your own business to make money. That is better than losing everything on gambling or something later on.
3. Do not owe more than 3-month-salary worth money.
4. Do not guarantee someone's debt so easily. If you have to, limit that only to your direct family members.
5. Building inappropriate relationships is same as willing to be corrupted.
6. Do not spend money on gambling and excessive purchase of stocks.
7. Go Dutch-pay even between the closest friends.
8. Do not try to build too big a network that you cannot manage.
9. Learn to say "no" without embarrassing the other.
